No regrets, quite the opposite – my Octavia 1.4 TSI combined with the P-Tronic tuning box is far better than I expected. It works great at all engine speeds! The smoothness is surprising (torque from 1400 rpm), giving the enjoyable sensation of pushing pleasantly firmly all the time with no suddenness. Simple to fit. Just follow the instructions (colour manual in several languages). I contacted them twice. I talked to Michel, who was very responsive. Carlo (Florence, Italy)
Coming from the 30 TFSI 116 bhp (Audi A1), I wanted to move up a gear by offering myself an almost new 150 bhp A3 1.5 TFSI. What a disappointment! My mechanic explained to me that the difference in acceleration was mainly due to the fact that I had changed from a 3-cylinder to a 4-cylinder and that the A3 was heavier than the A1, but that obviously didn't solve the problem. While doing some research, I quickly came across your box-unit and bought it. I have been driving it for almost 6 months now and I must tell you that I am very happy with it! I have finally found a few good trade-ins worthy of the name. Thank you P-Tronic! Gustav O., Hamar
I bought a box-unit before leaving for my holidays because I only have a 90 bhp TDI (VW Golf VI 1.6) and I had to leave heavily loaded. I didn't recognise my own car! What pleasure in driving! Thank you and keep up the good work. Paul M., Gerardmer
