The Seat Leon 1.4 TSI 150 hp becomes a real sports car

I am a VW customer, and this is my first Seat. I drive less than 15,000 km/year. I chose this little 1.4 petrol turbo with 150 hp. My first thought was that the engine is much nicer than my previous 1.6 TDI. I had tested the 1.4 in an Audi Q2 and I got the impression that they had changed the engine mapping in my Leon. It's much too linear for my taste. I'm 62 and I wanted some fun when I bought this car. By adding a P-Tronic external reprogrammer (my fourth), my car has become much more agile and alert. Audi A3 1.4 TFSI 150 hp: the right choice

As a diesel driver for over 20 years I was out of my comfort zone, and I had trouble deciding between the TFSI 180 (no COD) and the TFSI 150 versions of the Audi A3. I chose the 150 hp engine (I had an Audi Q3 2.0 TDI 140). After a four-month wait, I received the car and I have to say the quiet compared to diesel is very enjoyable. The Audi revs well and the box does a great job. A real pleasure. The transition to two cylinders (COD) is barely noticeable. BUT, as supplied, it doesn't transmit the power efficiently. Especially when starting. Knowing that this version is limited, I opted for P-Tronic (external) engine reprogramming, partly to avoid losing my warranty. I placed my order and two days later I was able to enjoy this extra option: the torque and smoothness have transformed my TSFI 1.4 into an exciting sports car for fun on winding roads or for getting away from traffic troubles. The effects of multiple connections on Golf VII 1.5 TSI 150 hp

Coming from a 140 hp TDI I was very happy with, I naively thought that this TSI 150 would take my golf7 into another dimension. Big mistake. I guess I don't have to explain to you how flat this little 1.5 is. Well, WAS flat because with your chip, it's really really better. I would be curious to compare with a reprog but the fact that the box intervenes at the intake and camshaft level certainly contributes to the comparable efficiency you can see in the numbers. Can you confirm? In any case, the sensations are there! There is no comparison with the other brand's box I bought before yours, which was much cheaper but which was a real scam !!!
