 The facelift is light. The Skoda Fabia, Fabia Combi and Roomster receive retouched grill and lights. The wheels and hubcaps are also new. The most significant elements of this facelift are to be found under the bonnet. The entry level diesel model is now a 1.2 TDI developing 75 bhp. Then come two versions of the 1.6 TDI producing 90 and 105 bhp. These two replace the 1.9 TDI. With their common rail direct injection and their particulate filter, they remain under the 110 grams of CO2 per km threshold. The 1.6 TDI is already in the P-Tronic catalogue. The addition of a box-unit also enables the 90 and 105 bhp versions to gain an extra 29 and 33 bhp and 66 and 68 Nm. |
