 The twin sister of the Sharan, the Seat Alhambra monospace is being offered in Ecomotive version, which according to the manufacturer enables it to slip into the role of 'the least polluting monospace in its segment'. Just 159 grams of CO2 per km is, it is true, very little. This version is available as a 2.0 TDI producing 140 bhp. The electronic engine management has been reworked, a particulate filter added and 16 inch, 195/60 low rolling resistance tyres fitted by Seat. Equipment is to the same level. Airbags cover all passengers, ESP comes to join the ABS and front fog lights. It should also be noted that sports suspension, air conditioning and a 10-speaker audio system, along with cruise control, have also been fitted. |
