 The new look of the Seat Alhambra monospace offers very few surprises, so similar is it to the VW Sharan. The front and rear ends, however, are distinct from the Sharan. They are more dynamic and remain faithful to the Seat spirit, coming closer to the Ibiza and Exeo respectively. Body colours, fabrics and wheels are also unique to the model.In the engine compartment, the same offering as the Sharan is to be found. The star turn is the 2.0 TDI in its 140 and 170 bhp versions. Both are in common rail injection versions and will figure from launch in the P-Tronic additional box unit catalogue. Along with the 1.4 and 2.0 TSI petrol engines, they will be allied to the Start & Stop system. The DSG gearbox will only be on offer with the 170 bhp TDI and 200 bhp TSI. |
