 This is the firs time that the low cost Rumanian manufacturer has received such a distinction. The 'UFC What to Choose' survey carried out on a large scale, reveals that the reliability rating of Dacia stands at 92.6%, placing the brand in third spot behind Japanese manufacturers Daihatsu (96.2%) and Lexus (94.13%). These two manufacturers are no strangers to the podium. Some 26,000 European readers gave their opinions on 144 car models. The Dacia Logan MCV also achieved second place in the family car category, behind the Honda Accord and - less surprisingly - the brand comes out on top of the listing for cars which are the least expensive for their owners to run. Good recognition for the Renault group whose flagship brand, it is somewhat amusing to report, only comes 28th in the reliability hit parade? |
