  • audi sportback concept The Audi Sportback Concept is no more, as its name suggests, than a prototype at the moment. It is nevertheless likely to be quite close to the future Audi A7. Very sporty despite its 4.95 metre length, this top of the range 5-door offers an efficient design. Termed 'coupe-like', by the manufacturer, from where the name Sportback comes, it is fitted with the 3.0 TDI V6 in an American version tuned down to 225 bhp and 550 Nm. This engine enables the car to consume just 5.9 litres of diesel per 100 km while allowing the Sportback Concept to propel its 1,800 kg to 100 km/h in under 7 seconds. Another of its characteristics is that the engine is less polluting thanks to the use of the AdBlue additive, already used for years in trucks, and which drastically reduces NOx emissions.
