 A few months after the Audi A6, the A4 and A4 Avant receive the TDI e engine. Based on the 136 bhp 2.0 TDI, in saloon form this ecological version only emits 119 grams of CO2 per 100km, with duel consumption of 4.6 litres of diesel per 100 km. These levels move up to 129 g of CO2/km and 4.9 l/100 km in estate format. These results are obtained by the integration of a start & stop device, the use of an alternator described as intelligent, a gearbox with ratios increased by 5% and low rolling resistance 205/60 R16 tyres. To help the driver consume and emit less, Audi has fitted a gear change indicator in this A4.The P-Tronic additional box unit for this Audi A4 2.0 TDI e is already available. It is identical to that for the classic 2.0 TDI 136 bhp and gives the same benefits : an extra 43 bhp and 97 Nm. |
