  • Audi a3 1.2 tdi With downsizing all the fashion, small, economic and ecological engines are finding their way into many models with practically all manufacturers. The new Audi A3 will only come out in 2011, but it has already been let slip that a three cylinder turbo-diesel will be found under the bonnet. This will be the 75 bhp 1.2 TDI. A sort of return to basics for Audi, which had already offered this engine on the A2. This new engine, which VAG is also planning for the Polo, is set to provide exemplary fuel consumption. The Audi A3 1.2 TDI should in fact use just 3.5 litres of diesel per 100 km and emit less than 90 grams of CO2 per km. A new record in this segment.
