 The Audi A1 will be marketed in 2009. In all likelihood available in 3 and 5-door versions, it will cast its net wider than its competitors, the Mini and the future Alfa Romeo Junior. Audi has announced that the accent will be on the interior space of the vehicle, despite its both sporty and urban character. Many elements of this A1 will come from the future Golf 6 and Polo, with which it will share a platform. The chassis is expected to be modern and the engines will be the TSI (compressor petrol turbo) and the TDI, which will be able to be equipped with P-Tronic box-units as soon as they are on sale.
