D.M.: P-Tronic is arriving in France. Can you introduce your company to us?
Ph. H.: P-Tronic has existed for 8 years. We are based in Belgium, next to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Until recently, our products were marketed under different distributor brands depending on the country. Today, we have taken back all our contracts and distribute our box-units under our own P-Tronic brand. In France, it's now EUROFAC that ensures exclusive distribution of our products.

D.M.: What is your specialty?
Ph. H.: The tuning box for turbo-diesel engines, a pre-parameterized chip, meaning ready to use. Our strong point is providing original connectors regardless of the model concerned. So there's no disassembly to plan, no wire cutting to fear: our performance chips plug in and unplug in a few minutes.

D.M.: What is your tuning philosophy?
Ph. H.: Improve driving pleasure, by significantly increasing engine torque and power without jeopardizing engine reliability. For this, we only intervene on injection timing, without touching supply or boost pressure. This is the choice of any serious tuner.
