W Golf V 19 TDI 90 bhp: better than a BMW 120d

I went from a VW polo 1.9 tdi 100 bhp, to this Golf 1.9 tdi 90 bhp. Comparing the two, the engine of the 90 version is much too dusty and noisy. I went through P-Tronic's external engine reprogramming (box-unit). With the gain in torque and nervousness (just what is needed), I feel more power than on my BMW 1 120D which has 177 bhp.The equipment is reliable and I haven't had any problems. Peter D. (Hasselt)

The effects of multiple connections on Golf VII 1.5 TSI 150 hp

Coming from a 140 hp TDI I was very happy with, I naively thought that this TSI 150 would take my golf7 into another dimension. Big mistake. I guess I don't have to explain to you how flat this little 1.5 is. Well, WAS flat because with your chip, it's really really better. I would be curious to compare with a reprog but the fact that the box intervenes at the intake and camshaft level certainly contributes to the comparable efficiency you can see in the numbers. Can you confirm? In any case, the sensations are there! There is no comparison with the other brand's box I bought before yours, which was much cheaper but which was a real scam !!! 1. Remove the engine cover and locate a connector on the rail.

2. Disconnect the connector.

3. Connect the tuning box in line.

4. Position the box in the engine compartment.

» Example 2 : fitting on 4 injectors

1. Remove the engine cover and locate the injectors.

2. Disconnect the 4 connectors and connect the box to each of them.

3. Connect the tuning box to the battery.

4. Position the box in the engine compartment.

1. Remove the engine cover and locate a sliding plug.

2. Remove this connector.

3. Plug in the P-Tronic tuning box in line.

4. Position the box and replace the engine cover.
