Audi A3 1.4 TFSI 150 hp: the right choice

As a diesel driver for over 20 years I was out of my comfort zone, and I had trouble deciding between the TFSI 180 (no COD) and the TFSI 150 versions of the Audi A3. I chose the 150 hp engine (I had an Audi Q3 2.0 TDI 140). After a four-month wait, I received the car and I have to say the quiet compared to diesel is very enjoyable. The Audi revs well and the box does a great job. A real pleasure. The transition to two cylinders (COD) is barely noticeable. BUT, as supplied, it doesn't transmit the power efficiently. Especially when starting. Knowing that this version is limited, I opted for P-Tronic (external) engine reprogramming, partly to avoid losing my warranty. I I give my following the placement of your additional box-unit in my Polo 2.0 GTI 200 hp. I would like to point out that I mainly bought it following the advice of your sales representative who confirmed to me that it would correct the flaws of the DSG gearbox. I must say that I am very happy. The box obviously does not change the DSG's gear ratio, but the extra HP and Nm allow faster revs and therefore more rhythmic gear changes.
