It is very unlikely, but if it does happen, our technical assistance centre is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 12.00 and 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm, as well as Saturday from 8.30 am to 12.00 to guide you by telephone. If you still can't manage to plug your box-unit in with the aid of our technician's vocal assistance, you can fix a meeting with our technical staff for free installation in our workshop.
